Picking Up Requests

Requested items located at AHSL will be retrieved from the shelves within 24 hours* and held at the Information Desk for pick up during library hours. You will be notified by email when an item is ready or you may log into 'My Account' to find out the status. Items will be held for 7 days and then reshelved. If additional holds have been placed on the item, it can only be checked out for 7 days. If you have requested items from the UA Libraries (Main, Science & Engineering and Fine Arts), you must pick up the material at those libraries or use DocOrder to have AHSL obtain them for you.. See UAL Express Retrieval.

Please refer to the schedule for pick up times. If you request items located at the Main,
Science & Engineering or Fine Arts Libraries, you must pick up the material from the holding area in the owning library. Requested items are not transported between libraries. See UAL Express Retrieval.
